PAYMENTS

Payment is due at time of checkout regardless of shipping.

SHIPPING

Items are shipped out within 3-5 business days each week. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holidays and USPS exceptions beyond our control.

Undelivered packages-

if the address provided is incorrect and undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate of $5.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with the correct address.

Shipping will not be refunded.

RETURN POLICY

-Returns are accepted for store credit only 

-All returns must be returned in 15 days from purchase 

-Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned

-All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have stain such as makeup, deodorant, etc you will not be given a store credit/refund.

-Shoes must be returned in their original box (if came in one) and placed in an additional protective shipping box.

-Return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer, unlesss the item is damaged, then KM Boutique would pay fir the returned shipping
